Our Rates

In an effort to ensure services are provided equitably to organizations, Freedom Verses uses a sliding scale to determine rates. Rates below are per facilitator.

Retreats and Multi-Day Workshops

Freedom Verses also provides facilitation for staff and board retreats, strategic planning meetings, and other day-long projects. Rates below are total costs for a two-person facilitation team and include 3 hours of pre-meeting preparation per day booked. Out-of-town travel and extensive preparation may incur additional costs.

Half-day	$4,000+
Full-day	$5,000+

Project Rates and Equity Commitment

To ensure alignment with our values and equity principles, Freedom Verses considers the following factors, among others, to determine our rates: organizational budget and access to resources; mission, values, and programs; and the organization’s primary constituency and leadership team.

We review our rates annually to adjust for cost of living and our overall equity commitments. Our rates above represent our first increase, in January 2022, after our creation in the summer of 2018. We welcome feedback from our clients, as well as from other consultants, as we strive to generate more equity and transparency.

For longer-term projects or work outside of this scope or those that align with our values and equity principles, Freedom Verses is sometimes able to offer a project rate or a number of pro bono hours, with pricing dependent on the length, goals, and scope of the project.
